With multiple deployments and firsthand experience of resilience, teamwork, and perseverance, they've channeled their skills into building a business rooted in health, sustainability, and empowerment.
As the Founder, Fran leads with vision and determination, building Sown & Grown as a company rooted in health, sustainability, and empowerment. Jess, as the Marketing & Operations Strategist , complements this mission by crafting innovative outreach strategies and ensuring smooth day to day operations. Together they leverage their shared values and leadership to create meaningful impact.
Both hold master's degrees, reflecting their commitment to continuous learning and excellence.
